These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you and Whisker & Coat Ltd when you use our website or book any of our services.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of whiskerandcoat.co.uk and any services booked through us, including grooming, behaviour consultations, nutrition consultations, the Groom Club membership and the online shop. By using our website or booking a service you agree to these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We operate within a 50-mile radius of UB10. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments where a cat's safety, our team's safety, or service quality would be compromised.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of booking, on completion of service, or via your active Groom Club membership, depending on the service. Shop orders are charged at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe or Shopify.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service, or the deduction of one grooming credit for members.
You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorised carer of the cat(s) presented and that vaccinations are up to date. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, behavioural concerns or recent treatments. We may stop a session at any time if continuing would risk your cat's wellbeing.
Behaviour and nutrition consultations are advisory and complement, but do not replace, veterinary care. Outcomes depend on consistent application of recommendations at home. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Physical products are dispatched within 3 working days where possible. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Perishable, hygiene-sensitive or personalised items are non-returnable except where faulty.
All content on this website, including text, photography, branding and design, is owned by Whisker & Coat Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy or republish any content without written permission.
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of your cat. Our liability for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the service or product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
